The launch of a new blog

For those of you unaware, my name is Stone Bryson. Welcome to my new project.

I've launched this blog with a singular focus: To track news items that could potentially lead to an apocalypse. This means discussing events related to earth, weather, disease, and space. Quakes to pandemics to comets are all fair game, and even oft-overlooked news items like mass animal deaths or 'simple' flu strains will be fodder for reporting.

Politics will be scarce, and only covered when the actions of Authority could result in, or possibly be in response to, a catastrophic event. This blog will be light on opinion, and heavy on facts. While speculative musings can appear from time to time, such speculations will be rooted in the facts, as those facts exist.

This is the first time in a long while I have been genuinely excited about an on-line project, and look forward to tending to it on a daily basis. Join me for the journey - it's going to be one helluva trip.
