Bromance of War

Unless something major comes across my cyber-desk I am taking the day off from blogging. I'm at the end of a rather long week (Wednesdays are my Fridays), thus I find myself in need of a break. I am working on a couple of bigger stories, but they are kind which need to be carefully researched before being presented; to be honest, if you knew how many stories do NOT make it to these pages because of credibility concerns you'd be amazed.

In the meantime, in honor of the growing bromance (dare we call it a 'warmance?') between President Barack Obama [D-Progressive] and Senator John McCain [R-Progressive], I decided to post a little ditty below. I thought about going with "Total Eclipse of the Heart," but that felt unseemly. This, in light of recent events, is much more appropriate.
